This is a 2 phase client! After the initial main floor renovation, she came back for more by adding both upstairs bathrooms.
We started by opening and enclosed den at the front of the home, to create an open formal dining area. We salvaged the hardwood floors by refinishing & feathering in new boards into the demolished areas. As for the kitchen, we kept the same footprint - but completely reconfigured the new cabinets and island to fit 6 STOOLS!
In the main (kids) bathroom we absorbed a large hallway linen closet and expanded the bathroom to fit double sinks. We also added a privacy barn door between he vanity and shower / toilet. In the master we made much better use of the square footage with a custom double his & hers vanity and large shower with bench. A cleaner color palate with less partition walls makes this bathroom feel much larger.
