We’ve completed two renovation projects with Reborn and have been very happy with the outcome of both. The first was a bungalow renovation, and the second was a much larger project — a full two-storey home with additions, roof elevation changes, and a complete exterior transformation. They were quick to get things underway and worked closely with us on the vision and updates until we felt confident in both the layout and exterior design. They also made a strong effort to stay aligned with our timelines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

The workmanship was excellent, with clear attention to craftsmanship and finishing details. They work with skilled trades, and the project manager on our projects was organized, detail-focused, and genuinely invested in making sure everything came together properly.

Overall, we’re very pleased with how both renovations turned out.

We purchased a home that Reborn Renovations did a major renovation on in 2022. The quality of the renovation played a major decision on our desire to purchase the home. Since we've taken possession we had the cabinet company, Enchanting Dimensions, do some additional work for us. They did a great job helping us with the changes. We underwent a major renovation of a home we purchased in West Hillhurst and were incredibly happy with the outcome. The quality of the finishings in the home, professional trades people and charismatic interior designers were all incredible. The timing went longer than we anticipated, however given the attention to detail and quality of the finished product that was to be expected. Overall we are happy with Reborn, however, it was our project manager Vaughn as well as the interior design team who really stood out and made the experience a journey worth taking. Vaughn was always available, responsive and very down to earth, which made him very approachable about any concern we had. He was the middle man between us and the trades coming and going which made asking for things or pointing out concerns easy - given his diplomatic poise. The interior design ladies were fashionable, spunky and impressively knowledgeable in their craft. They knew what went well together and made picking tile, hardware finishings and wall colours a fun and engaging conversation. Any time we toured the home, everything was left clean and tidy with strict instructions to respect the space. It is obvious that Vaughn and the Reborn team made it their personal mission to ensure absolute customer satisfaction - and on this renovation they were successful!

I first worked with Reborn Renovations back in 2018 when our family moved to Calgary. We had some smaller projects done throughout our home, including a redesigned powder room, new bathroom countertop, built-ins in the mudroom, pantry, and primary closet, and a fireplace in the primary bedroom. I was very pleased with the work, and as such, we chose Reborn Renovations again this past summer (2024) when doing a complete kitchen renovation.

The process was smooth from start to finish. My visit to the design center was efficient and stress free. The designers worked with my ideas and helped me choose the perfect cabinet colours and countertops. I can’t say enough about my amazing project coordinator, Murray. He was excellent at communicating with me through every step of the process, and prompt to reply to my emails and texts. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with every detail, and he took pride in the final product. I had out-of-town guests arriving in September, and he ensured that all deadlines were met so that the renovation finished on time and within budget. I’m loving my new dream kitchen; thank you Reborn Renovations!

Reborn did a beautiful job on our full exterior renovation. We get so many compliments on our home. Also, they offer a 5 year warranty, which sets them apart from many renovation companies. We had a couple of warranty issues and Reborn fixed the problems with no hassles. We’re very happy with the service and with how our renovation turned out!

Reborn recently did a primary bathroom reno and 4 bedroom revamp for us. It was a great experience from beginning to end
The design process with Danielle and her team was very informative and stress free. It's great dealing with someone that understands your vision and gives great input.
Steve the project manager was great to work with . Always available to answer my million questions and always kept me in the loop. I would recommend them to anyone looking for that wow factor. I actually go upstairs just to stare at that beautiful bathroom sometimes. Definitely the best room in the house

Reborn had completed our main floor living area/kitchen/dining room/family room renovation in May 2023. Geoff was an amazing project manager and kept the project moving. In the 4 months it took to complete it felt like there were only a handful of days that something hadn't progressed at the house. We were maybe 1-2 weeks longer than initial plan, which was reasonable give then total scope of the project. Geoff was also very quick to respond to questions and concerns as well as was able to point out a few design vs reality issues long before they became a problem.

We understand that there will always be something that will happen and changes will be made, but it seemed like the few issues we did have were quickly resolved and the final product was very close to initial design.

The quality of the workmanship is amazing and the attention to detail was very high.

My wife and I very much enjoyed the design experience with Danielle as well. Having all the selection materials in one place makes it much easier to compare all the combinations. In total I believe we had 3 four hour meetings to plan and design. She had also done a very good job of combining the different styles between my wife and I.

Cost wise we could have gone with cheaper companies but we were very impressed at the initial meeting with Danielle's energy and early design ideas as well as some of the recent projects they had completed. Ultimately we had gone over initial budget by almost 20%. The majority of that was due to things that we knowingly added during the design phase that were either not in the preliminary quote or design elements that were focal points that exceeded the initial preliminary quote. After the design was approved, we were very close to the updated quote.

I would very much recommend Reborn for your next project and will likely have them involved in future renovations at our home.

We have completed 2 major renovations with Reborn on 2 separate homes. One was a full basement, the other a full main floor. Both were full tear outs which included moving all plumbing, walls, furnace & plumbing. We were very happy with both jobs. Good quality, excellent responsiveness to all our needs. They also have an excellent warranty on the work they do (which we have not needed to use!)

We hired Reborn Renovations to complete a total refresh of the interior of our home (2-storey with a walkout basement). The initial cost estimating process with Jeff gave us confidence in Reborn’s attention to detail and understanding of our vision for the renovation. The initial design and selection meetings with Danielle and the design team were exciting as they consistently showed a strong ability to take our inspiration photos and work them into the design.
Our Project Manager Murray was great to work with. We worked collaboratively with him when changes needed to be made or issues popped up. We maintained an open and positive line of communication with him at all times. He worked very hard to identify and prevent supply chain issues from impacting the end product and schedule. Murray’s relationship with the trades was key to ensuring the house was sufficiently ready when we were scheduled to move back in. Despite the increasing cost of supplies during the pandemic, the overall cost of the project remained within 10% of the original contract price.
Reflecting on the overall performance of Reborn, we think it is only fair to note that although the design kicked off quickly, it took longer to complete than we were hoping for. Our home was sitting empty after the demolition phase for the better part of three months before the final plans were complete, which was a stressful and anxious time for us. During that time however, Murray continued to advance what he could while waiting for final drawings.
In the end, the project lasted a month longer than the original target completion date. However, we take tremendous satisfaction from the fact that we have now achieved the goal of refreshing the interior of our home and we are really happy with the quality of work and how it all turned out. We have no reservations recommending Reborn to others.

We recently had Reborn complete a kitchen/sunroom/master bath renovation. Totally thrilled with the results, a professional approach throughout the whole process. The design segment with Danielle was amazing, she is able to select the perfect materials and design to match exactly what you want - it really is an iterative process, where you learn what you like best and Danielle shows you how to include it in your design.

This was a 3 month project, and critical to the success was Cory the project manager. He is just what you want in a project manager, someone who balances the timing/cost with what is best for the outcome that you want. Cory really came through for us, suggesting things we would not have thought of, to make the final result amazing. He managed the project in a way that kept us informed at all times, always considerate of how we would use the spaces. Awesome to deal with, practical but also letting us know of options that we might want. 100% the best renovation experience.

We recently had our kitchen, floors, fireplaces, staircases, etc renovated by Reborn and are really happy with the final product. Our PM Rick was extremely responsive to any questions and did a very good job managing the supply chain impacts that we experienced with some of our original selections. He also ensured that we were happy with the results throughout the process. In addition, we really enjoyed working with Danielle, Frank, and the excellent trades that Reborn utilizes. There were a few examples where they went beyond our expectations to create the best product possible. I’d certainly recommend Reborn to others (as we’ve already done).

We had several companies come to our home to quote us on a kitchen relocation and renovation. We loved how professional, confident and detailed Reborn came back with their quote. We decided to work with them for these reasons as we felt safe in knowing that the job would get done and be handled by a skilled team. The whole process was done in an organized fashion. We loved that they never missed a step and had all permits pulled, as well as city inspections completed every step of the way. Every trades person that walked through our door felt like family, and we never lacked confidence in their ability to do the work. Our project manager Steve, was honestly the highlight of our experience with our renovation. The scope of our renovation creeped very quickly (for the good) and he knew just the design and details that we were after. We wanted to keep the charm of our 1979 home and love the mid century feel. He designed our fireplace to perfection. Not only did he have amazing communication throughout the process, he even had the project completed ahead of schedule. We lived in our house during this major renovation with 3 kids, during Christmas, in a pandemic… not to mention low inventory on everything. Every step of the way we felt valued as customers, with our interests at heart. Steve’s ability to plan, organize and execute, coupled with their highly vetted crews made what could have been stressful experience… a very smooth one.
Danielle the designer was beyond patient with me and my indecisiveness, and made me feel confident in my decisions.

We contracted Reborn Renovations to do a kitchen renovation, including a layout re-design, replacing existing cabinets, countertops, lighting, new appliances with built-ins, and building a dry bar into our living room.
The project manager, Steve Carveth, was amazing - he was professional, responsive, and just an absolute joy to work with. The trades people for various aspects of the job (electrician, plumber, etc.) were all equally as professional and responsive to any issues with the Reno. The design, although seemingly efficient, could have been addressed with more care and attention by the designer, as we found we were doing damage control to errors in the initial design of our Reno. Also troubling was the way we were treated by the superintendent of the project, who was less-than-professional when dealing with certain issues. I offered to pay for something on credit card to speed payment (as we were awaiting the bank to release funds), and I was told “why should we pay the credit card fees so that you can get loyalty points? Why don’t you take a cash advance from your credit card and pay us”… Because YOU are the business that ACCEPTS CREDIT CARDS…and that’s the cost of doing business when you accept credit cards! I have never been spoken to like that by someone as a customer who’s spending thousands of dollars in their business.
Thankfully, employees like Steve and the other customer-facing representatives made the experience worthwhile.

The whole process was very pleasant and professional. The best part of the whole process was dealing with the project manager Jason who went above and beyond to help us during the renovation journey during the pandemic. We Recently had our Kitchen completely gutted and redone, and the process was painless. It all started with how Danielle and her team at the design center listened to what we wanted and worked with us on what she saw as options with our tastes that were within our Budget. Once the renovation started our PM Jason was amazing. He was always checking in and ensuring that we were happy with every little thing from how the floor protection was to how the dust levels in the rest of the house were. Jason was never too busy to answer any question we may have, and if he did not have an answer, he worked tirelessly to track down the trades that would have that answer. All the trades that were brought in we so great to work with especially the Trevor (electrical), Karl and Stacey (Cabinets) and George (flooring). Those 3 specific trades attention to detail and their dedication to their craft were unbelievable. We trolley believe that because of their hard work the project looks stunning and amazing.

One of the most enjoyable pieces was how Reborn operates and how they communicated to through out the entire design and construction issues. Along the way they really went out of there way to ensure that we were happy with what we were getting but also ensuring we understood the cost implications and talking with us about what options we do have. We can not say enough positive things about the entire process and just how smooth and seamless it went!

I would highly recommend Reborn Renovations for any home renovation project! We live in a 1970's split level home and we pretty much gutted the entire top floor. All Reborn team members were great including sales, design, project management and after service warranty. The Reborn team was knowledgeable, responsive and professional and the trades people were all very skilled. We couldn't be happier with the end result and will be calling them back one day to do our basement.

The Reborn Team was exceptional! We were just about to sign with another company but after talking to Brett (the PM) for the first time, we decided to go with Reborn. From start to finish, Brett was patient, detail/solution-oriented and honest. He always took the time to listen to what we had to say and answered all our questions. The entire project team (painter, exterior GCs) was professional, courteous and clean — they left the site clean each day. Danielle (the interior designer) was a amazing as well. She gave excellent recommendations and was super responsive. The project finished on-budget. The Reborn team did a top-notch job and we would absolutely work with them again on our next job. We have done a few home renovation projects in the past, and this was hands-down the best experience we’ve had with a contractor.

We have a deck above our garage that we suspected was the source of water leaks into our garage. Reborn came out and confirmed that this was the likely source as the deck above our garage was not built correctly. Wooden railing and the lack of a properly installed waterproof barrier were the culprits. Reborn did a great job revamping the deck. They were very accommodating with our cosmetic choices as well, working with us on the design of a more appealing railing. During construction, Reborn found a second deck under the first deck that also had to be removed. They also discovered the lack of a water barrier under the siding near the deck on the house. Both of these issues were fixed at minimal cost to us. Reborn was adamant about completing the job properly and we were very appreciative of that. We haven't had any water issues since. Reborn did a great and highly professional job.

My mother specifically needed a carport that would be functional but also add value to her home (not easy combination). Reborn came up with a clear plan and was amazing at working with her budget without taking away from esthetics which was a concern for her.
Project was completed on time and clearly built with an eye for detail and perfection.
She has since used reborn for a second project which was completed with the same work ethic and communication for costs and details.

Throughout the whole process, Reborn was up front and clear in their planning and costs, which allowed us to really understand what we were in for in terms of cost. The quality of the work is outstanding, and warrantied. Murray Bell was our project manager, and he was patient with us and all of our questions, he came up with brilliant creative solutions for problems that other renovation companies could not solve, and was really pleasant to work with. We hope to do all of our future renovations with Reborn and Murray, if they'll let us!

Reborn did a great job for my family. We added a 4 bedroom to the upstairs of our house. They handled all the design, permitting, trades and inspection. It was good to work with Vito and come up with a plan that allowed our family to help do some work to save time and money but have the pros come in and do the heavy lifting and hold timeline. The bulk of the work was done in short order and the impact to our day to day was minimal. There were a couple items that lines of communication were crossed but overall the project went smooth and both of us worked through to find solutions.

I would recommend Reborn to others and would not hesitate to use them again.

I've been thinking for a few years to give my main floor a refresh and after my first meeting with Reborn knew they were the right company for me. I ended up getting a new island, counter tops, backsplash and refresh of fireplace. We cannot begin to express how happy we are to have gone with Reborn Renovations. Brett was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to make our garage dreams a reality. We completely demolished our existing mudroom & garage, excavated down and built a new attached garage and mudroom. We remain more than pleased with the work that Reborn Renovations has conducted at our house. Over the years, Reborn successfully completed two indoor renovations which have stood the test of time on both quality and value. During the summer this year, we contracted Reborn for a third project. We focussed on the back of the house and backyard this time. We had Reborn upgrade the siding (switching from vinyl to Hardie Board), build a new fence and add a couple privacy screens. Brett Presley and his team did a marvellous job. The quality and craftsmanship speak for themselves. We've had many unsolicited, positive reactions on this project from neighbours and passers-by. This is our second project with Reborn in 6 months, a complete renovation of en-suite and powder room. We have done all 3 bathrooms in one year, all by the same project mgr, Nathan Thormoset. He is accountable, meticulous, competent and such a gentleman. You can trust him to watch for issues, problem solve and be on top of all coordination and mid stream changes. We have lots of questions and interesting add-ons, but he managed to find options and creative solutions to meet our needs. Frank and George totally impressed us with their trade skills, problem solving abilities and professionalism. They are always on time and quick to explain, busting a lot of trade myths and solving our space and plumbing issues with precision and experience. Kevin the electrician is honest and efficient, totally flexible to adapt to our changing needs as the projects progressed. Love the product selection with Danielle and Don. The team has such an artistic eye and a mind for details, we are very happy with the beautiful end results. With the best warranty in the industry, all our projects on time and within budget, Reborn will always be our top choice for any home renovation projects.

After have different projects done with Reborn in past the past that have turned out great. When it was time to remodel bathrooms we knew who to call right away. Bob came out and gave us a great quote that was right within our budget. Next we met with Danielle who used her design experience to put together the best colors, vanities, tiles to put everything together.

Murray was our project manager and he has been amazing. From the start of the project to the end. Murray came in on day 1 and was organized, communicating with me every step of the way. Brought suggestions to the project to make things better based on things he has seen in the past. Murray’s attention to detail is the best I have ever seen. After Murray finishing everything, I was able go through everything from floor to ceiling not picking out a single thing that needed to be addressed or retouched.

I find it’s always the small details that make the biggest difference, and was this true with Murray.

I would recommend Reborn Renovations to anyone out there. They have done a basement remodel, a kitchen remodel, and these bathroom remodels for us. Every one of these projects have ended with me being extremely happy with the results. Great team no matter who I have dealt with. From everyone working at reborn, to the sub contractors that they choose to partner with.

Great team with streamlined processes from initial vision to the finished product. Our project manager Frank was very attentive, great to work with and a great line of communication throughout the renovation. Frank always ran any potential changes to verify input. Great renovation all around, spectacular end result. The company will go over and beyond to keep you happy. The use of the app Buildertrend also help me keep track of the phases of renovations and costs. Keep up the great work and would recommend again!

Our original intent was to find a reputable renovation company to repair damage of our main floor caused by an upper level water leak. We decided to go an extra couple steps further and renovate the entire main floor including kitchen, hallway and living room.

After extensive research online, we decided to go with Reborn Renovations. The team at Reborn were very easy to work with and they were straightforward/upfront from beginning to end. Keeping in eye on the bottom line - we were pleased with their flexibility for ourselves to do our own demo and sourcing some of our own renovation items for example a large garbage bin in the front yard (among other things). Their willingness to negotiate all items of the renovation made us feel comfortable from the beginning. The team was very professional and very good at addressing any concerns or changes we brought forth (at any point along the way).

We are extremely pleased with the outcome and results of the renovation. Our house is stunning! They have a crew of amazing tradespeople, and it seems they hire only the best. There were some (very) minor deviations along the way which Reborn addressed and fix immediately - without cost to us, and in fact always for the better! We can’t stress the professionalism enough. Customer satisfaction is priority #1 to them. The only recommendation of improvement we would note - is the timeline of the interior decorating – which was several months in length, which felt too long. Understandably – there were a lot of (decorative/furnishing) items which required special ordering / back ordering and there was some vendor delay – but this needed to be slightly better communicated. However, if you see the photos (Crestmont Kitchen and Main Floor Reno) it was worth the wait and Danielle’s expertise, style and skills are second to none.

Reborn always made themselves available and were always accommodating to our schedule. The collaboration, open and honest approach with this company was top-notch. We would not hesitate to recommend them for any size of job; you would be in very good hands.

We are so happy with the final product of our Kitchen renovation. Our project manager, Chris was easy to work with and always responded quickly to our questions and concerns. All the trades that worked on our reno were professional and easy to get along with. We love entertaining our family and friends in our new kitchen and sitting around our fabulous island. We are very happy that we chose Reborn to complete this project for us. It was a great experience.

Murray was our project manager for our master bathroom reno and he did an amazing job. I especially appreciated his care and attention to detail. Having never done a bathroom reno before we really appreciated that he consulted with us all the way through the reno and helped us through the decision making process. I can’t say enough about the team of peopleReborn has. Especially my project manager Chris. First off, we heard nothing but horror stories, (about other companies) if we left the country, leaving them to accomplish the project in our absence. However this team is amazing! Down to the smallest details! Just ask Chris how picky I was. Chris was very reachable at all times and answered and solved all my questions. Designer Danielle was a great help in helping us make decisions. Ala in all I would highly recommend this company.

After getting several quotes and interviewing several companies – we decided to move forward with Reborn Renovations…and are we ever glad we did. Having been through several renovations, this project definitely had the best communication (which is really key) as well as great trades people (both skill wise and personality wise). The project was scheduled to start to coincide when the rest of the family were on holidays so as to minimize disruption, and the project was started on time, and was completed according to schedule. Chris as the project manager was a pleasure to work with, his passion for delivering a great product was evident as we worked with him throughout this process. He provided some great ideas, and always worked hard to make sure everything was on schedule. Their Cabinet Maker/Installer, Pat Hayes, was a pleasure to work with….very similar to Chris in that he really just wants the customer to be happy…and ensured there was frequent communication to ensure he was delivering exactly what we wanted. Pat is just a stand up individual in general, who is very skilled and knowledgeable from all of his years of kitchen cabinetry…Pat was able to identify potential issues and provide solutions before any issues arose. George their flooring guy was great as well…we had some previous water damage that damaged part of our main level. George sanded and stained the damaged section and blended it in perfectly with the rest of the floor. George was very accommodating in scheduling.
